Robin Reece Hlava joined her sister's company, BAM Marketing Agency, as the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) in the summer of 2021 after a successful 28 year career in the healthcare industry. As the CGO, Robin focuses on identifying new business opportunities, aligning revenue goals to drive growth and innovation, and delivering excellent client experience. She has over 25 years experience in sales, marketing, and strategic partnership management. Robin earned a master's degree in business communication. She also completed an organizational leadership master's program obtaining a professional coaching certification, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Her experience and education have positioned her to help individuals, teams, and businesses grow and develop as leaders in their field. Outside of her work, she is currently obsessed with watching the eagles that nest near her Southern Illinois lake house. Robin retreats to walking and biking nature trails, practices meditation, and gets inspired by listening to various genres of music with her husband, Darren. She is a proud mom of two grown sons, her daugher-in-law, and two bonus daughters.
