CHIAPPINI

Bolgheri, Tuscany

ABOUT THE WINERY

Founded by Giovanni Chiappini, whose parents migrated from the Marche region in the 1950s. Today, Giovanni’s daughters, Martina and Lisa, actively contribute to the winery’s operations, ensuring the continuation of their family’s legacy. The estate spans 27 hectares, with 15 hectares dedicated to vineyards cultivating varieties typical of the area, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Sangiovese, and Vermentino. Since the 2010 vintage, Chiappini has embraced organic farming practices, utilizing methods like green manure and organic fertilization to honor and preserve the unique Bolgheri terroir.
