Working with producers who bring real care and intention to every bottle is at the heart of what we do at Dialect Imports, and few projects embody that spirit more than Diversitas. This is the latest collection from the Redmont–Di Tonno family, and one we’re proud to share exclusively in the U.S. Each wine in the collection comes from the biodiverse area of Loreto Aprutino in the region of Abruzzo and captures not just the terroir, but the ethos of sustainability, community, and identity.

Legacy Rooted in Intention
At the heart of Diversitas are Rodrigo Redmont and Antonella Di Tonno, the husband-and-wife team behind Tenuta Talamonti and several other family-run estates in Abruzzo. Together, they bring a powerful blend of experience, vision, and purpose to their work, shaping wines that are not only expressive of place, but grounded in values.
Rodrigo, a Babson College graduate, came to winemaking through the lens of global business and export, with early roles at Banfi and Fazi Battaglia. His deep industry knowledge is matched by a personal connection to the U.S. market, particularly Vermont, where his family ran Camp Kokosing on Miller Pond in Vershire for many years. Summers spent there instilled a strong sense of community and stewardship—qualities that now define his work in wine.
Antonella, a passionate advocate for sustainability, inclusion, and ethical leadership, was recently recognized by the Italian National Fair Play Committee for her commitment to fairness and empowerment in business. She leads by example, fostering a culture that encourages excellence, responsibility, and innovation in every aspect of production.
Together, Rodrigo and Antonella created Diversitas as an extension of their shared philosophy: to craft wines that reflect the biodiversity, history, and future of Abruzzo—while creating space for new stories, new voices, and a more sustainable way forward.
Labels That Tell a Story

One of the most striking things about Diversitas is what’s on the outside of the bottle. The region of Abruzzo is known for its exceptional biodiversity and national park space, so it should be no surprise that each wine is named after an iconic animal native to region.
It’s more than a design choice, it’s a celebration of the biodiversity that surrounds the vineyards and a playful, engaging way to connect with the story behind the wine. Paired with a specific grape variety, every label becomes a lens into the terroir and a conversation starter with every bottle shared.
